At Eleganzo, we make wholesale returns simple and hassle-free. Please review our policy before making a purchase:
1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be new, unused, and unaltered, with all original accessories (gift box, case, cloth, booklets).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Return Process

Start a Return
Log in to your wholesale account, open the order, and click “Request Return.” You’ll receive an unpaid return label within 1 business day. -
Pack Your Item(s)
Securely pack in the original packaging with all accessories. -
Ship Your Return
Use your preferred carrier and the provided label to send items back.
3. Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt.

If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and retain all packaging for claims.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery via info@eleganzo.com.
5. Restocking Fees

No restocking fees for returns meeting the above conditions.
6. Refunds

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method—please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
