Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS within the United States, and via DHL for international deliveries.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update their tracking system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
Damages & Responsibility

Eleganzo assumes full responsibility for your package while it’s in transit.

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately. Retain all packaging and damaged goods for claim processing.

Once carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided, responsibility transfers to you. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery confirmation. We recommend securing your delivery location and reporting any thefts to local authorities.
Wrong Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned for this reason, we will refund the product cost (excluding the original shipping fee) and ask you to place a new order.
